If I had to speculate I'd say it was a slightly tarted up version of a bog-standard, below average OEM steel case.
1 80mm intake and 1 40mm exhaust is going to get you no-where so expect from the outset to have to cut holes in this thing.
I'd go for something visually more plain, but functional. Open front intake panels and good fan exhausts around the rear cpu area are mandatory. 40mm fan will not help you at all. You'll probably end up back here in 2 months complaining about cpu and system temperatures even though you installed that pci slot cooler, 5.25" bay cooler and double fan PSU.
Trust me, save yourself some time and money and get something a little more complete from the start.
How about http://store.yahoo.com/buycaseonline/efxwhite.html ?? Its $125, but includes 330W Enermax PSU and looks to have much better stock cooling. It is a good size case, which may or may not float your boat. Personally I like big cases to work in.
I'm not specifically recommending that case btw - just suggesting the a externally fancy looking ones are often the least functional. The cases I use are probably a bit beyond your budget.
