I really want that deal on the gfx card, so I don't think I'm going to downgrade that, but are there any suggestions? I need to knock it down $50 or so.

Remember please I need it on the Canadian site!

What's the difference between the two mobos? A friend also told me I should use a 650watt psu, is this correct?

Yeah you could use a 650W, but what company is it from? Also, the ASUS vs the ASRock is basically quality. People say that ASRock is more bendable, while ASUS is nice a sturdy. And it's cheaper.

I guess. This is a preference thing. Some people like AMD's ability to keep up with certain things, and others like NVIDIA. This is completely up to you. You want less power used? Go NVIDIA. You want better OC? Go AMD.
