Hi guys,
I just finished my new build for a gaming computer around $1k.

Before I order the parts next week, I would like your inputs or thoughts on this build to be sure I'm not missing something (I have not yet chose my monitor).

Also, in a close future, I would like to add an extra gpu in crossfire probably the same card or a 7950 and I wanted to make sure and check with you guys if this current build will be able to make everything works (cpu?mobo?psu?).
In addition to the crossfire, do you think the overall and especially the PSU will allow me to OC the cpu or my cards ?

Here's the beast:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($214.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($32.98 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.98 @ Outlet PC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 XT 2GB Video Card ($244.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Rosewill Challenger-U3 ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Rosewill Capstone 650W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $957.88

Thanks for your replies!

Hi mate looks like a good build. Everything will work fine , only thing I'd tell you to change is get a Western Digital Hard-Drive rather than Seagate. And IF you can squeeze a bit more cash then get a 60GB or 120GB SSD. Trust me using an SSD as your primary OS Hard-Drive will be MUCH faster, my PC boots in 15seconds from start to desktop using an SSD. A normal hard-drive is about 40-50seconds and all my apps boot fluid and fast.

Enjoy !
