New build advice

Looking for advice / help on building my first gaming rig. Check out what I've got & give any suggestions. I'm a complete noob so any help is appreciated. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DUH1

What do you think? Overkill? Not enough? Parts compatible? I'd like to be able to run most games on high settings.

I would get an i5 3570k, 8gb ram, and a z77 asrock extreme4. I would also get a 750-800w psu, so you can cfx in the future.
