Okay here are the specs and links to the parts.

Cpu:http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2373004&sku=I69-3570K
Cpu Cooling:http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7335485&sku=C13-2527
Mobo:http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3487657&sku=A455-0770
PSU:http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=899124&pagenumber=2&RSort=1&csid=ITD&recordsPerPage=5&body=REVIEWS#CustomerReviewsBlock

I already have a hdd, os, optical drive, and monitor. Already have a case which is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146068.

Okay with this build I'm hoping to max out most games and to be able to handle future games on a mixture of high-max for a while too.

(Im currently playing Tera, GW2, modded skyrim but wanting a enb for it, I plan on playing mainly mmorpgs in the future with some rpgs like witcher 3.)

Thanks for the feedback : )

You got 1.65v RAM on an Intel system. Its not well known, but your not supposed top use RAM above 1.5v with current gen Intel processors.

Drop the H60 and get a Hyper 212 EVO, exact same performance at half the cost. Low end Closed Loop Coolers are easily outmatched by budget air coolers.

Motherboard is overkill.

PSU isnt from the best company, might want to consider a unit from Corsair, XFX or Seasonic.

Case link is broke.

TheBigTroll If you feel up to the task I would love to have you put a build for me. I picked mobo for the red and black which is the theme of my case that I already have which is a NZXT Phantom full tower. I already have hdd and os. My budget for the rest of the system is $1000 willing to go to $1200. I want to keep the vapor-x 7950 graphics car because Ive come to love it from review and research XD. Also anyone else is welcome to come up with a build too for me ^.^.

Also quick note I dont really want overkill. My main focus is gaming on 1920x1080 resolution on max settings no photoshop and stuff like that. Also I already have a optical drive too.

Approximate Purchase Date: Within a month or 2

Budget Range: $1000 If you can if not $1200 is max
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming,Internet,Movies, applications.
Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: Building a new system
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Preferred Website(s) for Parts:Newegg or tigerdirect
Location: USA, Arkansas

Parts Preferences: Open minded to all brands
Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe in the future

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: Actually Forgot I had a oem on the comp im using lol. I still have a extra optical drive and the case which is a nzxt phantom full tower. Also I strongly want the vapor-x 7950 but if some strongly recommend another I will do research and consider a different card.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Want to play most of the current games on max and future games for a while on high-max

That will let you overclock and Crossfire/SLI down the road if you want.
Couldnt find the 7950 Vapor-X on PartPicker or Newegg, so I just manually put it in and guessed a price of $330.

take note of a few things

-the hyper 212 evo wont cool as well as the phanteks but still should be sufficient
-my viper 3 ram is both cheaper and will fit with the heatsink better. vengeance ram wont allow you to expand whatsoever
-the extreme4 has rather low quality caps. on the level with msis lower end offerings. id definitely look elsewhere. pcb is brown btw
-caviar blue 1tb at us.ncix is both cheaper and has more warranty
-much better 7970 if that is what you want

-monitor here is both cheaper, thinner, and has slightly better colours
