Noob Question about Cases

This is my first time building a pc but I think i'll be getting this case

Will it have all of the stuff in the back to plug in mouse keyboard internet etc? Also what is external and internal bays? sorry im a huge noob

EVGA GTX 460 Superclocked
AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE 3.4GHz
Asus M5A97 Motherboard
4GB RAM
320GB HDD
400W PSU

Hi. The "stuff in the back to plug in" is actually coming from your motherboard pictured here:

You can see there's an empty slot at the top left corner at the back of the case where the ports will appear after you have installed the motherboard pictured here:

The 5.25" external bays are used to house the optical drive, etc.. It's located at the top behind the front of the case. Top right in the picture below:
The 3.5" internal bays are used to house the hard drive, etc. It's located at the bottom behind the front of the case. Bottom right in the picture below:
