Graphics card help on buying

hi there guys ,
i wanted to buy a graphics card , so can you help me choose one please
please choose the cheap one and a good one i would recommend from $50.00-$100.00 would be fine
my pc specs:
lenovo 3000 s200 ( http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product-and-parts/detail.page?&LegacyDocID=MIGR-68087 )
Processor : intel(r) pentium dual E2160 1.80GHz
current video card : intel(r) G945 series family chipset
220 watt power supply
i have PCIe x16
and PCIe x1
2gb Ram
and can you please think with in the power supply please ( i dont want my pc to blow up because if over heating )

You need new psu.minimum 350w.you cpu is weak and old.whats your max screen resolution

Get hd 6670 at $65 and corsair cx430 psu around $40

dudei want them to fit in my case mening that they should be in the same shape like a rectangle not a square so that it can fit in my box ! i also gave you the link of my pc and my current psu !!
