Small 8 inch monitor

I currently have a eyefinity setup and I am using a g15 keyboard I was thinkinggetting rid of it and get an mechanical keyboard. But only a few actually have screens on them? I found some small 7 inch monitors online for sale could I still have triple monitors and a small 7 inch monitor infront of the keyboard? I'm not sure if ieyefinity will let me and also can I make it show pc usage and stuff just like the g15 use too.?
