My computer won't recognise my Bluray writer Pioneer BDR-207EBK?

I have a custom built computer Specifications:
- Intel DX79SR Mainboard
- 4 x 4GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
- 2 x 2 TB Seagate HDD Set as RAID 1
- 1 x Brand new Pioneer BDR-207EBK
- Antec 750W PSU
- Intel i7 3820 socket 2011
- Gigabyte NVidia GTX560 ti graphics card

I had another blu-ray writer it was a ASUS BW-12B1ST and it broke In the "device manager" it came up as a yellow explanation mark so i assumed it was faulty. I installed this new one Pioneer BDR-207EBK and it does exactly the same thing!!!!! I am really frustrated has anyone had a similar problem? Can anyone help me fix this? 5 stars if your troubleshooting steps work!!!! I need it working asap and if it takes a reformat then so be it!

A yellow exclamation point in Device Manager just means there is an issue; not that the device is faulty. It usually means the driver for the device has been corrupted and needs to be re-installed.

I cannot find a driver for this specified bluray drive? I have searched on the website and found nothing for this model and usually it self installs on Windows 7
