Hi, I just need to ask.

Will I be able to build a PC?

I have been around PCs all my life. But I have never completely built one.

Mostly no experience in regards to installing the heat-sink>Cpu onto the Motherboard.
The most experience I have had with that is repairing my old Xbox 360 RROD 3-4 times with heat-sink modifications and new thermal paste.

But I was never worried about damaging something that was already broken.

My problem is if anything goes wrong I don't have the money to try again.

So if a mother board with the cpu i want and heatsink/cpu cooling already installed exists, it would solve my problems, lol.

So hear is the rig I was thinking of.
Nvidia/Intel
CPU -Intel Core i7-3770K @ 3.50GHz or Intel Core i7-2700K @ 3.50GHz
GPU -NVidia GTX 680 or GeForce GTX 570

or

AMD
CPU -AMD Bulldozer FX4150 or AMD FX-8350
GPU -AMD Radeon HD7970 or Radeon HD 7870

HDMI out is a must

Heat Sink/Cpu Cooling - Hyper 212 Plus

MotherBoard (No Idea)
-ASUS Crosshair V Formula AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
AMD Gaming Motherboard
-ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
Intel Motherboard

-Gigabyte Z77X-UP4

HDD - Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
SSD - Maybe when one comes out that doesn't die after 'this' many uses, and cost an arm and a leg.

Ram (No idea in regards to gaming and the best Ram) - Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600MHz x 2

BD/DVD - Samsung Internal BD-ROM/DVD Writer Combo (SH-B123A)

Case (No idea) - Antec One, Corsair Carbide Series 300R Black.

Case cooling/Power (No idea but i need ALOT of cooling my apartment gets hot, no aircon) - Coolermaster GX650

Operating System- Windows 7 Pro/ultimate 64bit

Making a rig that can run Crysis 3 and in Future The elder scrolls online.

Any help with best combinations with no bottlenecking etc.. would be great. Also not interested in overclocking, Overheating is too easy at my place.

Also not interested in paying like $100-$200 extra for only a 5-10% increase or 10fps extra. So if anything on my list is cheaper without much of a performance hit please advise.

I read the link and not much of importance is missing.

Purchase Date - When I have the money

Purchase Price/Budget - The list comes to approx 1500 so I guess that's my budget.

System Usage - mentioned - Gaming

Buying a monitor - Nope, not on list

Parts to upgrade - Its a new Build

Do I need an OS - On the list - Yes

Preferred website - whatever is cheapest and can deliver to Australia.

Location - Australia

Preferred Brand - I think everything listed has a brand attached. But no preference.

Overclocking - Mentioned - No

SLI or Crossfire - Probably not, I'm only buying one GPU

Monitor resolution - whatever I want up to 1980x1080

Let me know if anything is still missing.
