Case fans direction

I need help with the direction of the fans on my PC. I have 4 fans and 5 fan slots. 2 slots at the top, 1 at the bottom, 1 at the back and 1 in the front.

My idea was to use the bottom one as an intake, (to cool the GPU) put 2 on the top as exhausts and the rear one as an intake to cool the CPU.

this is my first build, here are the specs:

Intel Core i5 3570K
2 TB HDD
Sapphire HD7950 Vapor-X OC Edition
Corsair 8GB (4GB x 2), Vengeance
Thermaltake LitePower, 650w
MSI Z77A-G43, LGA1155, Intel Z77
SilverStone Precision Series 05
Cooler Master XtraFlo, 120mm x 4

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
