gta v 5 is like a year away from pc release so the hw can be problem to predict. other thing is cpu clock 2.66 is low, get yourself a quadcore q9550 or q9650 or just change montherboard and cpu if you can
gta iv was punishing dual cores who knows what will come with qta 5

also are you asking about 650 or 650ti cause in the video i say ti and that one is more powerfull

i got myself evga 660ftw evga card, bf3 64player mp is 43 thanks to quadcore but far cry 3 is eating me alive at 1080, 30fps with ultra and 4msaa, alpha off
hope i survive crysis 3 but gta v will kill us all, if it even comes to pc platform

Honestly you are not going to get much out of that GPU with that MB and CPU. The G41 chipset does not even support PCI-E 2.0 and GTX 650 and up are all PCI-E 3.0 ready. I am not saying it wont work because it will function but will not perform well. I had a G31 chipset and a Radeon 6770 1gb and it did not run as well as it could.
