Hi,

Where are you buying them from?
Can I have a link to them. :)

What is your power supply brand and model?

With a 7770 should easily beat the 7750

a hd 7750 indeed requires very little power. It does not even have an extra power connector as it can draw all the required power from the pci-e slot itself.
any good 450-500 w psu would be enough unless you plan to overclock both the cpu as well as the gpu.
the hd 7770 also does not require much power. A decent 600 w psu should be enough. It is to be kept in mind though that the 7770 does require a power connector

the xfx should be better than the powercolour card

honestly I doubt you'll even need a 600w psu for the 7770, I'm running an OCed core 2 quad and an OCed 670 off a 600w PSU. A 400w PSU would probably be able to power the 7770 and the 7750, also I would go with an XFX card instead of a powercolor card as well.

400W is plenty for a 7770.

I agree that a 400w psu should be plenty and I also strongly think the XFX 7770 would be the best option in this situation.

oke i already bought the xfx 7770 double D but i saw i can get for the same price an 7750 overclocked the powersupply is of sale for 30% sale

its the ANTEC High Current Gamer 400W it mgiht be low but has 30Amps on the 12V Rail and has single rail so that should be enough right ?

more is this system long enough for gaming around 1.5 years ? to play games on real graphics whiteout lagg ?

good choice with that xxf card...have fun gaming.

this antec should be good enough (you should get around 320-350W from it easily) but just remember that a psu slowly starts to loose the its labeled wattage if use for a long period of time.go through the small details on this page carefully:

www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

i strongly believe a 500W psu is never an overkill for a gaming machine.
January 1, 2013 6:37:15 PM

are you sure ?

the antec is a good powersupply and i think it even delivers more than 350watt because its a high quality powersupply antec is high quality and this is a High Current Gamer version its 88% efficiny i though Not sure !

im not sure but if antec is a quality company i am sure they also tested it for years to see if it loses power

btw im asking to the experts here is it true wat siddhartkmuki tells ?

if yes how long can the antec hcg400w power up my sytem ?

well that is what i have read and heard so far. also my common sense says its natural for things to wear and tear due to repeated usage over time however good the build quality be.

also the 350W figure is at 88% efficiency itself.

that is all from my side

You told before that a psu slowly loses His power is that true ?

if yes how long is it than able to run my sytem whiteout problems ?

my delta powersupply is 350watt so 80-90% is 280 - 315Watts
that powersupply is running now since 15-03-2008 and its still running

will the antec High Current Gamer 400W Run atleast 2 years ?

and you guys are sure that the antec High Current Gamers 400W will run my system ?
30Amps on the 12Volt Rail Single Rail should be enough right ?
January 2, 2013 10:15:01 AM

vinootje, yep 400W is enough, but without overclocking.

January 2, 2013 10:19:05 AM

yes it will be enough.

for a few years it will work fine...just make sure you don't keep your computer on 24x7...by that I mean turn off the psu power by turning off the mains after you shut down your pc.
January 2, 2013 10:31:24 AM

oke my delta psu is now working from 15-03-2008 and i never did that swtiched the pc off and than the psu but yea i hope the antec and the xfx 7770 work atleas 2 years !

i have 3 years warranty on this
ASRock n68 VS3 UCC
AMD X4 640

Maybe 2 years on the XFX 7770 Double Dissipation ( not sure )
maybe 2 years on the Antec HCG 400W (not sure)

Lifetime waranty

good luck... :)

actually what a expert told me from tomshardware is it wont lose its power liek what you told but the electronics will make noises after a long time of use

!

Hit in the face an expert who told you this.
January 2, 2013 6:51:57 PM

Haha your right xD but what i see on a trusted review of hardware.info is that the the 7750 requiers not extra pwoer because it need less than 75 watts so it can be powerd from the motherboard because the pci-e can provide max of 75Watts

the 7770 uses MAX 80 Watts so the pci-e is not enough so it just need a extra power connector for the 5Watts extra
January 2, 2013 7:24:16 PM

the difference between the 7750 coreclock and the one from 7770 is 20% right ?

January 2, 2013 7:30:07 PM

yes almost 20%...but the 7770 oc s better than the 7750
