In anticipation for simcity coming out thought now would be a good time to build me a new computer. I won't need an OS or a hard drive I will be using them from my old computer. So I was wondering if you wouldn't mind giving it a quick look over and tell me if I can get better parts for around the same amount of money.

Don't get the 8120. It was one of AMD's worst cpu. Instead, get a FX-6300 which is a lot better for $20-30 less. I'm not sure about that CPU cooler so I can't give an opinion on that, but the Hyper 212 EVO or Hyper 212 Plus are really popular and cheap cpu coolers. Get two modules of 4gb each for a total of 8gb. It's better than one module of 8gb. What is this build for exactly?
