Graphics card stops my computer booting, was fine before?

Palit GeForce GT 430 1024MB DDR3<----- I moved my computer from one tower to another. I plugged it in etc and it woouldnt boot, got some advice from a kind person on here to boot without it and it does load up etc and obviously I am typing this from my own computer so yeah, any ideas? It was slotted in, fan on it was going and everything, i'm sure I haven't broken it :s it looks fine

Try looking in your BIOS for your graphics options, it sounds like your BIOS reset while you were moving your components. There should be an option to pipe video through the card and not your mobo. Also this new case could be shorting the mobo with the card installed, try putting it in a different PCI slot (if you have more than one).
