Graphics card not working?

I recently purchased an asus ENGT430 graphics card for an acer aspire AX1935 computer which is a slimline pc and has 220w psu and when i installed it the graphics card fan was running but there was no display on the monitor. What should i do?

did you have a dedicated gpu earlier or did you use the on board graphics?
if on board graphics is what you used you might have to enter the mainboard bios and change the settings from on board to pci-e.
you also can update your bios if you haven't done it already to see if that works
also keep in mind that your psu is seriously under powered.
