Will TX3 cooler fit in Cooler Master 120 Advanced case?

I am planning on building a mini ITX case and was wondering would a Cooler Master TX3 CPU Cooler fit in the Cooler Master 120 Advanced mini ITX case?

The tx3 is a tower cooler that at least 100mm tall and in the CM case the psu mounts directly over the mobo. So the only cooler that fit are low profile types.

The Gemini looks nice. The CM 120 Advanced case was a pleasant surprise when I built my daughter's Linux desktop last year, very sturdy, simple design and quick to put-it-all together. I used the stock Intel cooler that comes with the Pentium G860 and there was still more than an inch of clearance between the top of the cooler and the bottom of the power supply. Good case.

That's the most commonly used one for that case, yes.
