Low budget first time builder

Hey guys I only have a budget of about 500 bucks and I don't need an OS. All I really need is a machine that could run Diablo 3 on around medium and I'll be happy. Is it worth going for an AMD CPU since I'm on such a low budget? Either way any build suggestions would help.

Thanks. How would something like this run diablo3? I'm new to all this but it doesn't seem like a game that would need an expensive computer to run decent

i had a look and some one claimed to get 50-60 fps on highest settings with the factory overclocked sapphire 7770 so yours should be some where around that
