UPS PROBLEM

Hello,
My PC has Powerfactor Problem...?
regarding Specification of System Unit:
1. Motherboard
2. Harddisk
3. SMPS 600w
4. Processor 125w
5. CD/DVD-ROM +/-12volts
6. 2xDDR3 RAM
NO GRAPHIC CARD installed
Now the thing is when ever i play games and power fail (Power cut) then system gets restart, UPS makes noise (with beap)
UPS - 1000va Microtek TwinGuard UPS,
Is that really Power Factor Problem,

Please Help me out of this problem...
Any Suggestion or any Updates

Plug it into the wall instead of the UPS and see if it still happens
