Im planning to use headset for gaming but i'll use the speaker for daily usage , planning to use soundcard for headset and onboard for speaker . But i think it would be really awful that i need to plug in and out the headset jacks on the back of the pc :s is there any solution? speaker would be logitech z103 with volume control

Spend less on your CPU (and drop the sound card) and you could be jammin' with a GTX670 or HD7970.

The on-board Realtek ALC892 sound should cover your needs if " ... DAC channels that simultaneously support 7.1 channel sound playback, plus 2 channels of independent stereo sound output (multiple streaming) through the front panel stereo outputs..." is suitable to you.
