This is currently my first built

Mobo: Asus P8Z77 m Pro
CPU : I5 3570k
Cooler : CM seidon 120m
GPU : MSI GTX 660 TFiii
PSU : Seasonic M12ii 520w
Soundcard ( If it fits) : asus Xonar DG
Case : Fractal Define mini

is the system good enough for gaming 1080p? does Micro Atx Mobos affect the cpu's temperature?

Drop the sound card to save some money and you're good.

Im planning to use headset for gaming but i'll use the speaker for daily usage , planning to use soundcard for headset and onboard for speaker . But i think it would be really awful that i need to plug in and out the headset jacks on the back of the pc :s is there any solution? speaker would be logitech z103 with volume control

Spend less on your CPU (and drop the sound card) and you could be jammin' with a GTX670 or HD7970.

The on-board Realtek ALC892 sound should cover your needs if " ... DAC channels that simultaneously support 7.1 channel sound playback, plus 2 channels of independent stereo sound output (multiple streaming) through the front panel stereo outputs..." is suitable to you.
