Here is a good 8 core system; http://pcpartpicker.com/p/EhYz

A cx430 is not enough for this build. Get a 500w PSU.

This motherboard is bottom barrel and super low quality

TheN00bBuilder and tinyvoice and again one small request to you

I will definately go for the same and thinking to buy from same URL but also I would like to upgarde the old one too.

My old configuation has:-

Q6600 quadro processor
Asus P4354D pro Motherboard
Corsair XMS3 4GB RAM
GForce GTX plus 9800 graphic card 512 MB ram
Corsair Real power 600 W SMPS power supply
Corsair CM 690 Cabinet

and would like to replace only Motherboard. RAM (32 GB), Graphic Card and Processor.

Can you also please suggest for the same within same $1200 budget.
