That power supply is garbage, stay very far away from it. With cheap power supplies - you get what you pay for.

The extra thermal compound is not needed. And if you're playing games you don't need 16GB of RAM. Drop that to 8GB and invest in a better power supply.

Change the psu, a psu with just 25A on its +12v rail is a bad psu, that's just 300W, and they put it as a 550W psu.
Get the xfx 550 core edition or the 450W, since the 450 will do for your system.
Also just get 8GB of ram, and spend more on the gpu(it's recommended then getting the xfx 550 core edition or similar like the seasonic s2ii 520)
