Can a storm silent 500w power a asus gtx 460

Bit confused with the pci 4/6 pin stuff, can anyone confirm this psu will have sufficient connections?

No this PSU cannot handle this card as the Asus GTX 460s require the use of 2 x 6 pin PCI-Express power cables to run.

However, that being said, that power supply is absolute garbage!

Buy a known brand like Cooler Master, Corsair, etc!

For example, CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply look that up in the UK.

am I allowed to mention I have a brand new never been used, still boxed Cooler Master GX 650w PSU I'm about to ebay - hope I dont get in trouble

Thanks for all your replirs, whqen my 460 arrived i realised i needed 2x pci 6pins, so got a 550w ocz with 135mm fan
