Trying to make a all around rig that is somewhat future-proof, portable and capable at gaming.

I've spent the last week researching and this is what I have come up with.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77E-ITX Mini ITX LGA1155 Motherboard ($144.99 @ Microcenter)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($47.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card ($184.98 @ Newegg)
Case: BitFenix Prodigy (Orange) Mini ITX Tower Case ($89.98 @ Outlet PC)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 600W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $787.90
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I already have a hard drive, and optical drive. The stick of memory listed actually comes with the MB not sure if I need or would get any benefit out of another stick.

My questions are

1 Is it worth the other $50 for another stick of memory

2 Overall how does this build look, is their anything i should upgrade or downgrade.(I could spend a little more if necessary but I would rather not)

It's good for an mini itx build, but you can find the i5 cheaper here : http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=75435&promoid=1272
If you don't mind the red color, the case also is cheaper here : http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=76992&promoid=1139
I'd get the xfx 450 : http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=63238&promoid=1257 or
the 550 : http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=59615&promoid=1257
Both are seasonic oem psus.
The motherboard has free ram, so you don't need additional ram, single channel will do you won't notice the performance difference, though, you can get a h77 + dual channel ram and it will be cheaper :

1st- You are better off with 2x4gb of ram.
2nd- Since this is a mITX build, there is no point in getting a 600W PSU, get something cheaper with a better rating if you want efficiency, or use that money to get a better cpu.
