For gaming? No.

Get a cheaper CPU and motherboard and a better GPU.

If this is for gaming, yes this will do quite nicely. However, if you think about cross firing these cards later, that PSU will not be strong enough.

Edit: sorry I read that gpu as a 7970 not a 7770. The poster above is right.

Don't crossfire low end cards like 7770's. Drop to an fx-6300 and a $70 motherboard and use the extra money to get a gtx660/ hd7870. It will be much better for gaming.
