Is this a good build?

If its for gaming, No.

Way too much CPY/ motherboard/ PSU and no where near enough GPU

Get an fx-6300 and a $70 motherboard. Get a 500w PSU.

Used saved money for a better GPU (7870/gtx660). It will be much better for gaming.

The 7770 will only game at medium settings.
