Building a pc for uni and casual gaming. Need Advice!

Hello wonderful people, SO after a long time thinking, I have decided that I will build my own computer. I'm scared, but also excited.

Will do uni work/organisation on it e.g. music/movies/notes/presentations and play games that don't require much power e.g. Dota2/Cod4/Probably won't be able to play bf3 with this build but don't mind!

How does this sound:

Processor: CPU i3 3220 = $119
Case + PSU: Thermaltake V4 Black + 500w PSU = $75
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB = $58
RAM: G.Skill-NT 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1600 $49
Graphics: Sapphire 7770 ghz edition 2 = $109
Optical drive: DVD Samsung = $19
Mobo: ASRock b75 Pro 3m = $69
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 64 Bit = $99
Wi-fi card = $40

Total = $637

P.s im from australia so prices may vary haha

Wifi card: TP-Link TL-WN881ND Wireless N PCI Express Adapter = $20

So brings price down to $617

Any advice/recommendations will be greatly appreciated!!!

This should play any modern game at medium settings no problem.

I would recommend not using the PSU with the case. Its low quality and unreliable.
Get one from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic. 500w will be plenty.
