$15000 Budget new gaming pc NEED HELP!

Wanting to build my first gaming pc i prefer AMD processor going to be playing many MMORPG games so ram and video card is greatly needed and im going to be connecting to the internet using wifi so dont forget the network card etc. all the nice little things we all enjoy in our gaming pcs lol if you could .. use part picker so i could understand the build more clearly the help is greatly appreciated guys/gals thanks !

I have built this configuration .. but the ASrock Fatal1ty 990fx motherboard is out of stock so what would be a good substitution for this motherboard?

Just go for fx8350. Isnt much more expensive then the other fx...

For 20-30$ more u can get a hd 7970 its performance is between gtx 670 and 680
