Having a problem with a new build. I'm getting 5 beeps at post, with no display and no boot. Here's the specs:
+ ASRock B75M-DGS Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
+ Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
+ Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
+ Asus Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card
+ Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply
+ Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
I tried reseatting the ram and gpu and got it to boot once, so I installed windows 7 from a thumb drive, gpu drivers, and wifi drivers. I noticed that it black-screened for a second and said that it recovered from a display driver error or something. After installing something else, it asked me to restart, which i did. Then kept getting the 5 beeps, no display, no boot.
As the cpu i have is an i5-3350p, it does not have onboard graphics, so i can't test the system with the gpu removed. Does this sound like the gpu is dead?
