Hello, yesterday I tried to buy the window8 license and I couldn't as I received the message " The order can not be placed", I tried three times and the result was the same, after 30 minutes I received a message from the bank about three charges in my credit card for the same value. How can I cancel these transaction as I couldn't buy anything. Thanks for the response. Regards

You are going to have to contact Microsoft about the message. You could contact your credit card company, and dispute the three charges in order to get them removed from your account.
