$600-800 Gaming Build
Last response: in Systems
Hi All,
I'm looking to build a $600-800 Gaming Rig for myself, my current PC is probably around 7 years old and is on its last legs. Also, I'm not up on best hardware or compatibility between parts, so I figured I'd go to the experts.
Approximate Purchase Date: Could be today once I know what to buy
Budget Range: $600-$800 USD before rebates/after shipping
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming > Streaming Videos > Web Browsing
Are you buying a monitor: No
Do you need to buy OS: Possibly.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com - have $250 in gift cards, amazon.com - have $150 in gift cards (both already counted toward $600-800 budget)
Location: Buffalo, NY, USA
Parts Preferences: None - best value for my $
Overclocking: Not familiar - so no?
SLI or Crossfire: Not familiar - so no?
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 I believe, I'd have to check when I got home.
Additional Comments: I mainly play World of Warcraft but also play TF2, Civ V, probably games in the future.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current PC is OLD! General slowness, WoW shuts down once-twice a session while running nearly the lowest settings, getting untolerable to use.
Looking forward to hearing you input. Thanks!

This is a total mess.
-WAY too expensive motherboard
-get one set of sticks of RAM not 2 individual sticks
-No SSD
-No need for all those fans
-GPU is very weak for this budget.
DO NOT TRIPLE POST.
I have clicked on the submit button many times.....i am sorry for that !!!!!
Using 2 RAM sticks is good for the load sharing.
You need to invest more if you are looking for a good graphic card, Check below :

Check the updated configurations below:

SSD only improve the boot performance and application launching time by only few seconds........i hope we can wait for 10-20 secs !!!!!

This looks good and takes advantage of the amounts of both gift cards, pretty sure I'm going to order this in the next few days.
The video card is out of stock at newegg....would it be okay to replace with the ZT-60902-10M?
