I want to buy an EVGA GTX 670 and I'm wondering what the difference is between models (if any) besides the slightly different clock speeds and RAM in the case of the 4GB version? I have read that certain iterations can be better than others so I want to get the right one if they're comparably priced.

I'm presently eyeing the EVGA 02G-P4-2670-KR.

Thanks in advance,

Cooling, mostly, and warranties. Some manufacturers also replace some parts with upgraded versions of said parts. (Military-grade VRAM, for example, or a 680 circuit board with a 670 chip.)

If you buy EVGA, don't get that one - you want either the (real, not + or le) FTW, or the signature 2.
