If you are not spending more for the GPU, then get a AMD fx 6300 cpu instead

It's because I'm pretty tight in the budget I want it to be more all around and can play the games like bf3 , bioshock etc that's the only gpu I can get for the budget

How bout the compatibility ?? Is it fine?

Get an i5 5470 and an h77 motherboard. Basically no performance hit at all.

Use the saved money to get a better GPU like a 7850.

This will only play BF3 at medium as it sits.
