You need a much better GPU. Drop the CPU down and get a better GPU like an HD 7850.

No, that card won't be any better than the one you listed before. Exactly the same. More than 1gb VRAM doesn't matter on low end cards. Anything below a 7850/gtx 660 can't really benefit from it.

Drop the CPU and motherboard down to make more money for the GPU. My i3 and 7870 will game better than that build by 4x. Its really about GPU not CPU.

Cyberpower has some good deals on AMD 7870 and 660 ti, i dont know your price range, but those are pretty good cards
