Which one should I choose?

Currently without a GPU. Have two deals at hand:

Currently without a GPU. My budget is quite low nearly nearly INR. 3500 ($65 nearly). Indian GPU prices quite higher than EU and equally irritating after the customs and logistics. So within this low budget I have shortlisted two deals:

1. HD 4650 DDR2 512 - Used - INR 1700 - INR 2000 ($32-$37)
2. HD 5570 DDR3 1024 - New- INR 3400 ($63)

There were also Nvidia gt 610, AMD 6450, in my shortlist but I think the above two are better. So within the price range please suggest me a GPU from the above two or anything better.

P.S - I repeat, In India the prices and availability is reallly irritating. Locally the GT 520 is the best available.

From 2 hd 5570 is good.but i reccommend just save rs 500 more and get hd 6570 at rs 3900.

How good is the 6570 from the 5570 ? Will it affect fps in games by 10 or more ?

Yer dude.hd 6570 is newer gen card,better driver support.but if you want to play games at high at 1280*720.then simply get hd 6670 at rs 4500.choice it yours hd 6570 or hd 6670.

i do recommend you a hd6670 ddr3 and it won't effect your pocket.
