Does this mean I need a new graphics card? (Skyrim Pictures)

I have the Radeon HD 5970 and this is what I can say:

- It's not an overheating problem
- It's not overclocked
- I have the latest drivers, even tried rolling back and it still happens
- Weird graphics like this happens to most games so its not just this particular one

This just randomly started happening with no explanation, I've had this card for 2 years, I just want to know if this means I need a new graphics card or if it's something else that needs to be replaced

yeah, it might be the card. See what happens if you underclock the card (core and memory), it might 'fix' it.

edit: it might also be the main ram, I suppose. use memtest86+ to test it
