Any Worries With This System?

I'm in the market for a good gaming PC and came across this, a hexacore processor at a reasonable price!?
I was wondering if I'd have any worries with this, at the moment my only concern in the PSU not being enough.
Please no suggesting better components unless it's important, I can barely afford it as it is.

That CPU is junk. Get the fx-6300.

What brand is that PSU?

Drop the CPU to a Phenom 2 x4 965 BE and use the extra money to get a better GPU. (7850)
