Will it kick an xbox and ps3..yes. The PSU is not so good. The rest is ok, Im just not a AMD fan. And you monitor is only 1600×900@60Hz..your gpu is way over kill for that. 1080P monitor would of been nice.

That PSU is total crap. It will likely fail and take your system with it. Replace it with a unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair, or Seasonic.

This should max any game with your lower resolution monitor.

yes i already know it but when i bought this monitor i did not thought of playing 1080 p games on it but it still play the games

just a question will there be difference ?
in the game graphics if i use a 1080 p monitor
what do u think about my cpu?

The CPU is good. At 1080p you should still be able to max games, but it will be a lot harder on the GPU and it won't be able to max games for as long into the future before it begins to struggle with max settings and they need to be lowered.

The game just looks better at 1080p.

and i thought it would be easy for the gpu to run games at low resolution would not it be ?

The brand is not good. It is very unreliable and likely will fail. If it fails, it can take out the rest of your components.

You will max them easy, but the graphics will look not good. Just play them at the max resolution your monitor supports.

It doesn't always ruin your computer. I had a PSU fail a while back and all it ruined was my graphics card and motherboard.

Its the last place to ever skimp. You want a good quality PSU.

The cooler master isn't just crap, but will not even work with your graphics card.
The 7870 needs 2 pcie power connectors, and the thunder 500w only has 1.

Get a new PSU.

You would need a power adapter. Can you return it and get a new PSU?

Don't even install this PSU. If you power it up there's a chance it will damage your system. Its not worth it.

Have you tried to run a game? Don't unit you get a new PSU. Your GPU is only getting half the power it needs because you have one 1 pcie plug connected. The card needs both to work properly.

That seasonic tiny voices put a link too is great. If you get a new one I would go with it.
I'm running the cx 600 on mine right now and it is very good also.

The potential to ruin your other quality parts is very high, so I would not stress that computer with only 1 power connector.
Hell, I wouldn't even run it until you get a new one.

Honestly I would save as get a new one ASAP. That is a threat to your entire computer. Your GPU isn't operating at full power.

You monitor resolution is low so you cannot tell, but if you went to a higher resolution the GPU would struggle to run games because its not getting the power it needs. If you got an adapter for the GPU it could pull too much power and fry the whole system.

i opened up my cpu case

to check out and what was inside

and then i took all the cables out and psu out of my cpu

then i looked and i found he used a cable like this for the second pcie for gpu
http://sgcdn.startech.com/005329/media/products/main/LP...

the gpu is running fine

so is the psu fine now cause i dont want to change it i dont have budget
also
the gpu is getting 100% power

so is the psu fine now ?

i needed to put back all cables for my self

so here is a question

does ur gpu really works on 50 % power

It will work. The only problem is that it is a low quality PSU. It might work for a year, it might work for 2 weeks. You never know with these bad brands. If it were to fail it can destroy your system. Best of luck to you.

India, China, Japan, USA or the moon that's a bad brand of PSUs.
I couldn't really understand some of that, but your fans should work.
