ok so i build my pc
but without doing research :|
now i am worried SH!T

so here i am asking u guys what do u think about my pc ' is it future safe is it good ?
does it kick ass of xbox and ps3 ?
is it really a pure ass gamming pc ?
motherboard - GA-970A-DS3

ram(8GB) [1600mhz] - Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9

processor - fx 8350

harddrive -
SAMSUNG 1TB 7200 RPM

gpu - SAPPHIRE HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5

case - cooler master elite 310

supply box - cooler master Thunder 500W

Monitor - AOC e2050S

the only problem according to me right now is my motherboard it only has one pcie express 2 x16 slot -.- the second slot is pcie express 2 x4

anyways so do u like it or this pc sucks according to u ?

i literally dumped my money in this without thinking so i need ur review on this !

Will it kick an xbox and ps3..yes. The PSU is not so good. The rest is ok, Im just not a AMD fan. And you monitor is only 1600×900@60Hz..your gpu is way over kill for that. 1080P monitor would of been nice.

That PSU is total crap. It will likely fail and take your system with it. Replace it with a unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair, or Seasonic.

This should max any game with your lower resolution monitor.

yes i already know it but when i bought this monitor i did not thought of playing 1080 p games on it but it still play the games

The CPU is good. At 1080p you should still be able to max games, but it will be a lot harder on the GPU and it won't be able to max games for as long into the future before it begins to struggle with max settings and they need to be lowered.

The game just looks better at 1080p.

The brand is not good. It is very unreliable and likely will fail. If it fails, it can take out the rest of your components.

my friend had an i 3 i will ask him
his psu failed if his pc died or not

It doesn't always ruin your computer. I had a PSU fail a while back and all it ruined was my graphics card and motherboard.

Its the last place to ever skimp. You want a good quality PSU.

It CAN, it may not, it may be fine, it may not be..that is the problem with crappy PSU's you just don't know.

The cooler master isn't just crap, but will not even work with your graphics card.
The 7870 needs 2 pcie power connectors, and the thunder 500w only has 1.

Get a new PSU.

Doesn't have the connectors required. Also a 7870 needs 32 amps on the 12v rail and your PSU only has 24. DO NOT USE THIS PSU.

Don't even install this PSU. If you power it up there's a chance it will damage your system. Its not worth it.
