Do you have access to someone who can solder the
connectors (to make your own)? Or are you looking
to buy the cables (or adapters)?

What kind of connectors do the inputs use?
1/4inch phone? XLR? something else?
What equipment (brand/model) are the CD
player and the studio monitors?

I would first try connecting the outside (ground/shield)
of each RCA jack to the "-" sides (L-, R-) and the center
(pin) to the "+" pins. That would theoretically give most
protection against ground loops. But connecting the "-"
sides to the ground pin might be necessary (experiment).
