When i turn on my PC it my videocard starts to blow air, stops quickly and blows again for 5 times after that it starts to blow on full speed but without image and my bios starts to choose the onboard-videocard and starts windows normally. It looks like it is not getting enough power to start my GPU but my powersupply was always good enough for my current PC. now i want to know which part is broken. my videocard, powersupply or my mainboard.
