Please help before laptop goes on fire.

On Speedfan

GPU fan : 0 RPM



Ambient - 57c
HD0 - 47c
Temp1 - 71c
GPU - 80c
Core 0 - 69c
Core 1 - 69c

They all have flames on them i don't know how my laptop has not melted but can someone help please if there was a way to get gpu fan working again i think that would fix the problem? or just any other suggestions i have cleaned it out with compressed air ect..
