Which GTX 560 is better?

I am confused because I see the EVGA GTX 650 Ti be more expensive and the MSI GTX 650 Ti be cheaper, why is this, is there really anything different besides the brand?

Also, how is the company EVGA compared to MSI, vice versa, is it personal preference really? Or is there an obvious reason why one is better than the other?

both good brands. i would just go the cheaper one, not real difference between them.
