Wierd problem with MSI gtx 670 PE

Hello, I just recently bought MSI GTX 670 Power Edition, and it works like dream, expect for one thing.

Ocasionaly (it is random, sometimes it doesnt happen at all, sometimes it is 30 seconds of gaming, sometimes only 10) my game crashes, wierdly. Basicaly depending of game, it kicks me back to desktop, however the game is still active in taskbar. If i click it my mouse disapears and becomes unresponsive, alt tabing works fine thought and i can close the game with taskmanager. My initial thought was temperature, since it felt bit hot, but everything was in order, slightly above 60 c during load and 30-34 c on idle. So I made gpu-z to log my gameplay to file. And the reading where wierd. here is the log during the crash:

Basicaly the game seems to crash when power consumption suddenly peaks at over 209 % this is the only wierd thing i can find from here, game doesnt lag or drop frames like it shouldnt, no artifacts, temperatures are all good, power supply should be brand new.

here is my whole rig:
i5 3570k oced to 4.1 ghz (cant be this, i have had it longer than the card and problems started to arise when i installed the new card)
p8z77-v lk (same here)
16 gb ddr 3 1600mhz ram (same here)
antec HCG 620w psu (brand new, bought it with gpu)
ocz agility 4 ssd bootdrive
barracude black 2 tb storage drive.
