The Asus in my opinion.

Majority of the stats are the same for the two but Asus comes out on top with:

Better vertical and horizontal refresh rates
Better variety of connections
Lower power consumption
Comes with DVi and VGA cable

Thanks for the advice :p
Where'd you see the horizontal and vertical refresh rates?

This is probably more than you want to spend, but the monitor is amazing imo. Easily worth more than it costs. I find I have no noticeable input lag (I don't have a CRT to test it), refresh is adequate, and 1440p is breathtaking. Click Here

Thanks for the input but ya I don't think i want to spend more than $200 and want anything much larger than 24in. I don't think my GPU could handle the settings I want on the larger resolution either. I'm sure it's beautiful though :D

Alright I think I'm going to get the ASUS then. It seems people are have trouble the AOCs wobbly stand, I don't want to deal with that. Haven't found any cheaper 23-24in IPS monitors either.
