Help with a build

Good morning everyone, New to the forums here, decided this is the best place for some knowledgeable information on a build. I'm currently looking for a good build under 1400$ with monitor/keyboard.. the games I would be playing is WoW, D3 and SC 2.. on the flip side I would like to have a computer that can run upcoming releases without horrible FPS. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
