Which build is the best?

I need a PC under or around $500 that can play HD video with no lag or stutter. I plan on using two displays. I do not intend to play games on it.

I've been preferring a i5 as it is quad core... but I'm not sure if that is necessary for HD playback

So far, I've seen this HP p7-1380t

and this CyberPower

Anything I can add or delete for the CyberPower to make it around 500? Or is there a totally new option that would work for me?

hp built is slightly underpowered... comes with lower version i5.... AND 1333Mhz Ram which is actually stupid for system that is using integrated graphic intel HD 2500

Anyway to make the cyberpower cheaper though? Like anything I could take off that I don't need?

no need graphic card, use intel iGPU which is actually good for HD playback
use the cheapest case, use cheap HDD

Cheapest case and HDD are selected. I thought the dedicated card would be needed but since you said the iGPU is good enough, I'll stick with that.
