Looking to build a new system

I am looking to build a new system and would like some advice on the spec's i have chosen. any input would be great. This system will be used as a media server for movies (no transcoding) is involved, just the raw file (i think). This will be all cat6 connection to 4 tvs. This system will also be used to do basic things like web, word, excell, etc...
