SO.... my pc committed suicide and took a nose dive on the floor :ouch: In essence, I have to rebuild (better yet build a new one since the only thing I am keeping is my HD). I haven't been paying attention to hardware like I normally do so any help would be great.

I do not game on the system but I do a lot of design work (Photoshop/Illustrator/Webdeisgn), video editing and using several programs simultaneously and tons of downloading/streaming.

CPU: I am looking at the i7-3930K but willing to go i5-3570K if it will be as functional.

MB: I'm in love with the Asus Sabertooth but costs too much so would like suggestions for a good MB. I prefer Asus but heard ASRocks is pretty good too.

MEMORY: Would like to go 8 to 16 GB RAM

VID CARD: Looking for something decent that won't break the bank.

I want to keep this fairly reasonable price wise. Thanks
