Is this build compatible?

This is going to be my first build, I will be purchasing the parts in 2 weeks.

Only thing I am concerned about is if the GPU will fit and the CPU Cooler will fit, in the case and if the GPU will fit without the cooler blocking it. (If it did, I guess I could put it in the second slot)

Yes I am overclocking, and am planning on CFX/SLI

afaik, OCZ psu isnt the top reliable one

for 850W
there are very good alternatives
Corsair AX850 gold, which is truly digital controlled
XFX 850W silver, seasonic's made, and more reasonable price
