PC will not boot - steady beeping noise

Take the side off the case and remove all the hardware (Hard drive, RAM, graphics card etc) until the only thing attached to the motherboard are your fans and CPU. With the hard drive just unplug it from the motherboard. Now try replacing each bit of hardware one at a time and boot up each time. Do this until the beeping noise starts again. Which ever bit of hardware you put in before the beeping started again is your trouble maker.

Once you have done that and either found the faulty hardware or get stuck (for what ever reason) just reply here and I will try and help you further if I can
